I see a lot of "excesses" in this design in the form of lace, rhinestones, gold cords, crystals, etc. Everything is better at once! :D

1. For red elements, it seems to me ideal - satin or velvet, with a beautiful expensive glow. For gloves supplex is possible.

2. For white elements - satin, supplex, jacquard, lace inserts.

3. Frill made of gold leatherette (glossy or matte). Perhaps even a material with sequins, for example, Eva foam (attached in examples)
