NTR Mobile: Rise of the Bastard v0.10.0!!! (Patreon)

Quick disclaimer: This is not NTR Mobile but a brand new game built on its own brand new systems. After the whole bug-fest and dialogue repair of v0.22 and heading into v0.23, I had reached a point that if I had worked on NTR Mobile for 1 more week it would cause permanent damage to its future progress (I even think it would stop its immediate progress). And since I have to make sure that continuing NTR Mobile remains feasible, I decided to stop immediately before it got a chance to turn into something worse. Luckily the game direction for NTRM: Rise of the Bastard was already set, so I picked that up. And it worked even better than expected. I went from going mad from NTR Mobile to I can't wait to return to NTR Mobile. It was also really fun being able to implement things I have learned over the last 2 years with Unity. I applied things I would do differently into its framework and after numerous revisions finally got v0.10.0 done.

Although plans changed a lot and the bugs were at 'Aww come on that broke too!?', I had fun doing it. A bit too much fun to be honest. I totally forgot I had set a countdown (I still went with it cause having that countdown felt exhilarating as fuck!) and was not active on Patreon or Discord. I kind of got lost in the moment and I apologize for that (Working on this game became a full on addiction at one point). Let's get a bit more into NTR Mobile: Rise of the Bastard v0.10.0. Originally I only had 10 days (in-game time) set for the initial release. But after testing, I quickly came to the conclusion that it was not enough and in this kind of game not releasing a whole chapter just won't cut it. Also, a lot of systems planned to be used felt a bit mediocre, so I did a huge redesign (half of the stuff you will read under this was not in the game). This is however just the first release, so a lot of QoL improvements you might come to expect from NTR Mobile are not in here, but will be added in the future.

Combining mobile and comics from NTR Mobile with new location, weather, day, time, map and events system makes NTR Mobile: RotB a completely different experience. Over 30 systems come together to make the world of NTR Mobile RotB happen.

Multiple bad endings will be possible and with only one good ending. Your actions can draw wanted and unwanted attention on yourself. NTR Mobile: RotB is a NTR game with a huge Netori focus, with future different perspectives not implemented within a Netori game.

NTR Mobile: Rise of the Bastard v0.10.0:

Dynamic events/sharespace.

Encounters with the girls can be randomized. Needing you to prepare if you plan to seduce them all.

Use ShareSpace post to gather information and (if they decide to post it) their location.

Unlock ShareSpace you know the handle to. Even though Matt will not react to something he has not unlocked, it will give you a different perspective of things.

Day/Calendar.

Some encounters might not be available on certain days. Learning them and applying this knowledge will be key.

Keep an eye on the calendar as events change and you need to adapt. As the story continues this will become increasingly important.

If you mess up you can always pick a previous date on the calendar to start from the beginning of that day, so feel free to experiment.

Day time.

Every day is split into 4 parts: morning, afternoon, evening and night. Some events and encounters only appear at certain times.

The game saves automatically at the end of a day part.

Location.

Move from place to place. Honing your stats and just searching for events.

The apps app will show available locations you can travel to and even have indicators if a special event is available at that location.

Relation/affection.

People's affection towards you increase as you interact with them. Unlocking even more events, information or something else. 😏

Wrong choices can go the opposite route and ruin your chances, so tread carefully.

Weather.

Some (special) events will be available during certain weather conditions while some events will never be available during certain weather conditions.

Combining weather predictions with the likes and dislikes of a person to figure out if something special can happen at a certain place/weather.

Stats.

Increase Matt's stats as much as his genes allow.

Some events only happen when you are at a certain level with certain stats.

Skills.

Acquire and level up skills from THE MAN, THE LEGEND himself.

Skills and stats are closely linked with each other.

Conquered perspectives.

Nope, I'm keeping this one a secret!

Put down your phone!

Put down your phone to view the world. Giving you another way to interact with people and the world.

Comics.

The only thing not built from scratch (not counting the dialogue system).

Updated and improved to support future plans within RotB.

Prologue.

I'm limited in how much I can put in the prologue since the whole point of the prologue is to set the stage for future chapters.

Rest assured, I have absolute mad things planned for Matt.😈

Now quick disclaimer again.

Even though this game is Netori focused, because of the different planned perspectives and the story itself it will contain following: Netorase, Netorare (unavoidable).

No you !!!CAN NOT!!! seduce your sister/mother. Matt is not that kind of guy. Even to this bastard, some things are sacred.

Now the biggest disclaimer. There was another one other game fighting hard to take this release, however because NTR Mobile, RotB took the lead by a minor amount. But the main reason I went with this release now is to get some distance from NTR Mobile so I can come back to it with full vigor. So with that said, NTR Mobile is still going to be my main focus. I will be working on NTR Mobile: RotB when I need a short break and because of this there is no promise of a set amount of updates per year for NTR Mobile: RotB. The story is shorter than NTR Mobile though, so it might finish earlier. Only time will tell...

Thank you all for your patience, I know it must have been hard to endure and even harder for those expecting NTR Mobile right now. But if the saying "It's not a sprint, it's a marathon." is to be followed, then this was the only decision that was available to me.

Now I can't wait to get back to NTR Mobile and I'm sure you all are also eager for it. So I'm heading back to work and hope you enjoy this treat for now.
