Hello clan! I'm very happy to bring you this video, it's the first part of the explanation of how to place lights and shadows. It is a complex section and you know that I try to teach you everything I know. With this video I hope to make you ‘click’ and make it easier for you to understand the volumetry. Let me know in the comments if you found it useful and you want more videos like this one. Thanks for your support!!!!

Perfectly described as always. I really appreciate also the effort for english version so that I can fully focus on what are you doing instead of reading the subtitles. 👍

I am kind of confused about what facing up means. For example on the models right arm 24:35, it seems to me his forearm is facing down, yet you painted the entire forearm with light color. Then you mention the sides of the head are not facing up, but it looks to me the entire head is facing up. So what exacty does facing up mean.

Hello! For example, on the face, the cheekbones are pointing upwards, but the part below the cheekbone is pointing downwards. If you draw a perpendicular line, if the line goes upwards, it is an area that is pointing upwards. Here is a link to the collection of theory videos. I recommend you watch the ones on volumetry, as they will help you understand it much better. https://www.patreon.com/collection/67707?view=expanded
