I’ll of course be having another video for you. These past 3 weeks been mentally challenging and there is a big thing in my life that’s changed and it comes with it’s own challenges. I often feel like I’m disappointing you here, but I promised 2-3 videos a month here and I will be keeping this promise.

I’m also be going mmback to my therapist that I finished healing with about 3 years ago regarding new issues, so I’m happy to do that. He helped me once so I know he’ll do it again. Maybe some pills for stress and anxiety will help too :)
