Those, unfortunately, are sebaceous filaments and will NOT go away no matter what product you use on them. They are essentially oil glands that are ALL OVER your face but most noticeable on/around nose and between your eyes. All humans have them. They keep our skin healthy. Unfortunately, for some people these filaments are MUCH more noticeable than other people. You use too many, or the wrong type of product on your nose and the skin will start to dry out which makes these glands OVER-produce oil to fight the drought. Just use a regular exfoliator and use periodically (overuse will damage your skin and prematurely age it). It will lessen them, slightly. But nothing gets rid of them.
