What if a werewolf was already big as a human and got smaller when they transformed?

So she is tiny when the full moon is out, but gets swole when it isn't? XD

I would assume that in combat if Jackie is in her werewolf form she would be a greater threat because of the fact that she is a smaller target which in turn makes her harder to hit and could be quicker. I like the concept very nice.
