Great chapter, love the talk and that Rumi take charge in trying to convince Jinu that he is worthy of being saved, that he deserve forgiveness and forgive. They help each other to so well. And had last! the one on one talk, lets see how well it develops.

Hmmmm, I wonder if/when Jinu will tell at least Rumi of the other timeline, it’ll go a long way to explain his self deprecation and defeatism to her, and also probably end up solidifying her feelings for him, after a righteous blowup of fury at the start to cause Drama~ of course.

I liked the call back to the movie lines, but maybe I expected Jinu to react to it explicitly, which I'd he did, I missed. Also, there are a few typos that I'm sure someone else will point out (it's hard to do it from my phone), but you have at least one time where you have "your" and "you're" directly one after the other, just can't remember the order off the top of my head.

Having irreplaceable friends is suffering. But so worth it.

"risking your freshly returned soul and body to help you’re your would-be adversaries" your would-be adversaries

and yeah, he did sort of react, but because it was from Rumi's perspective, she missed it. Jinu's reaction was this line: "Jinu looks at her with wide eyes and Rumi can tell her words have struck some sort of chord with him. After a moment though, he frowns and slowly shakes his head."

Man my Boi Jinu is suffering from some bad survivor's guilt. I wholly believe if tomorrow he learned by giving up his life he would pump enough Rainbow Honmoon to lock out Gwi-Ma forever he would do it no question.

Ya know...Mira & Zoey are taking an awfully high risk by letting two individuals who they know have low self-esteem and martyrdom complexes spend time with each other...in close proximity...alone. Yeah, the hope is that they'll focus on boosting each other up instead of plotting some grand sacrifice to save the world from Gwi-ma...but there's a lot at risk to let them go unsupervised.
