Summary: Part 2 of Boarding House (Previously named Bookclub). When he moved into the boarding house, James agreed to do occasional chores and handyman work for less rent, a fact his neighbors often made use of. Usually it was simple home maintenance or moving heavy objects, but this time, the cosplay couple that moved in recently needed help with something they were making. When he arrived, they explained they needed a man for a special video and Leila convinced them he'd be perfect, all he needed to do, was play the role of the Overseer of Vault 69.
