Is Celine going to claim that Jinu is her son. That seems like the obvious play to me.

The most obvious solution here is to say he is a relative of Celine she just recently learned about. If they add news about Celine moving into the tower then they could make it seem like he is there so him and Celine can bond.

I think something along the lines of Nephew or Cousin would work better, a son could work but might cause more drama then if he was related through a family member.

Celine saw Jinu Bipa and recognized it as a lost family relic so she called him to the tower to ask where it came from and they find out that they are cousins and are bonding

I can't believe I didn't notice before, but this fic is really going, "Rumi actually *is* everyone's type." Also, the easiest solution may be telling people he's a relative of Celine that she didn't know about until fairly recently, when he came to Seoul to try to reconnect. And if you state it like that, you can try to fool yourself that it isn't a lie.

Or they could tell people that Sunlight Entertainment wanted to create a male idol and Bobby just found a perfect candidat. He offered Jinu a job and he accepted. So, they invited him to the Tower to prepair for his debut.

Like a few people here, I figure the path is pretty straightforward: lean on the truth that Jinu is related to Celine, but fudge the familial connections to be believable to the public. Craft a story that uses a variation on Jinu's story that has him coming to Seoul to seek his fortunes or find Celine, including needing to busk because of tragedy or something.
