I like how Grayfia in this fic has enough self-awareness to know what she wants and how she acts as a maid not because of her clan's contract with Lucifer but because she loves the idea of being a maid.

Should be choice two, only right course of action in this situation, and she would be disappointed if he did not claim her . I would love to see him return to the roots of his clan, becomming a thief , but he is shown as to noble for that, even if nobles are mor often than not not noble in character.

Ew I dont want him to just cave to her being just a maid. For Hell's sake, youve been pining after this woman for 500 years, and she submits to your decisions anyway. Meet her halfway! Tell her she will be your wife, your queen, and also your Maid. Not so shallow as only a maid...

No it isnt. In canon shes a maid first yes, but thats her job. When shes off duty, she's one hundred percent Sirzechs' wife and Queen. And she does have off duty time.

That line about him not only healing but doing so in a way that made him more handsome and true to himself... Did you by chance recycle your adaptive regeneration character idea you pitched a while back, Cam? I remember a lot of people (including myself) were down for the Powerset, but didn't dig the gladiator premise. Recycling the concept but attaching it to the stationary defensive enhancements that only grant it within his own territory would be an interesting way to do it. It could set up an interesting dichotomy; he fights like a bloodlusted berserker tank on his home turf, wanting to rack up adaptations he can carry elsewhere, but with a stealth/agility thief build when away from his bastion of power. It would also be an interesting way to explore both sides of his potential kit without having one outshine the other; he needs to fight differently at home vs elsewhere.

I get the feeling Lucifer will eventually end up the first wife but absolutely subservient to Grayfia would be the move that made sense to cement power and explain the genderbend since otherwise it could be Serafall

Well...at least Amadeus is smart enough to know when to pick his battles. Though I do see gim trying to go for the soft approach, Grayfia expressing her disappointment...and our MC showing his new Head Maid what she'll get for doing an excellent job 😉
