Further is better, and the chance that Darkseid could bust out of a pocket dimension is very high. Pluto also needs some notoriety, poor thing got screwed over.

They should pick the location of the assholes who expertimented on Star and Blackfire. At that point, any collateral damage is a bonus and the Guardians of Oa can't bitch about it because it's outside their jurisdiction lol.

I agree with Cole's idea. Use the pocket dimension on Pluto in case Darkseid breaks the dimensions pocket.

Why not both? Use the pocket dimension but have all the machinery that creates it and is linked to it on Pluto just in case he breaks out.

I'm not 100% sure how boom tubes work but their basically free teleportation. So he may ironically have a way out naturally. Just do Pluto, poor things never mattered to anyone since the early 2000. That damn demotion. Also I'm pretty sure colapsing a dimension, even a small one, has some consequences. Doesn't it creat a black hole or something based on Guns movie, comic book logic is all over the place.

Hopefully they train a bit before the summoning. It gives the JL more of a chance to figure out what's happening, but that's better than fighting Darkseid with only three of seven competent with their power levels. There's also the open question of copying New God physiology. Do they gain access to the Source, or just copy the effects of being connected?

Using an artificial pocket dimension on a being with dimensional manipulation is a really bad idea. Better to use a physical location and lock it down, either with the help of earth's gods or with Death. I don't think a pocket dimension will cut it.

A pocket dimension is probably a better idea but fighting on Pluto would be a lot funnier

I like the Idea of both. Having the pocket dimension setup on Pluto ensures that if something happens to the dimension they get dumped on Pluto and not Earth. Taking out Darkseid is going to cause shockwaves in multiple ways. Also while Lucien is giving everyone a boost he can get a copy of their memories up to that point since death is a very high possibility.

Use Pluto cause a bit of dc trivia is for some reason batman just HAS a bat cave there. So it can bring in the excuse of batman either for some ungodly reason being out there himself or sensors pick up the fight and alert the justice league back on earth on what is happening

I mean really a pocket dimension on Pluto is probably the safest bet. Not like the chances of the pocket dimension breaking or Darkseid flying or teleporting away to give himself the terrain advantage are off the table.

I want to see what plans you have for a Pluto fight, but I also can't ignore that with 7 or so part super kryptonians, the best place for any fight is always under/on a white star.

Use a pocket dimension with a white star within it, inside of a stasis field, inside of a vault made from the strongest material available with overlapping anti-magic and anti-Boomtube fields, placed in the core of Pluto which has been rigged to explode if all seven friendly lifesigns go out. Again, ONE SHOT. There is no such damn thing as being overly prepared here, even if Lucien gets a redo. Also, maybe it's time to let everyone know exactly what his deal is. I'd particularly love to see the BSoD of "never gonna repay this freakin life debt" if Lucien reveals that he literally killed himself in order to go back in time to save the life of her and her daughters as well as all her people.

Use Pluto...maybe a weird side effect of fighting Darkseid there is that it actually GAINS mass and gets to be a fully grown planet in the eyes of the IAU again 😉
