I'd say a toss up between Nezu, noticing something has changed, or Lady Nagant as Izuku breaks her out. If I have to pick between the two......I'd say Lady Nagant, just cause she was mentioned in this chapter.

Idk if you have a new name for izuku decided yet, but I quite like the idea of "Guardian" or "Guardian Angel" if izuku intends to play a more behind the scenes role in fixing the broken system. Or maybe "Watcher" or "Lance" as short for "Surveillance"
