Secrets and references of the Heralds of the Avirentes 0.23 Third Update! (Patreon)
Content
Hi there, brave mighty om’veri! Thank you very much for your continuous support and feed back! The heat slowly goes down after the Update II release and currently we’re focused on the development of the next portion of brand-new super-exciting content for you, our dear patrons and follower! The coding, scripting and story writing cauldron is boiling like hell, ha-ha! Nevertheless, our game is based on non-linear decision-based system, which can potentially lead to a number of different outcomes depending on your preferences, karma and playstyle. Thus, sometimes finding all possible options, features and secrets might be really hard, so we decided to share some of them with you.
SPOILER ALERT! Spoilers incoming! If you’re still playing the game and willing to enjoy the plot without spoilers, as well as intend to find all the secrets and cultural references on your own, it’s highly recommended to stop reading the post at this point. Also, some crucial plot-related aspects of the game, as well as consequences of Azaries’ decisions can and will be mentioned.

· (Prologue) You can fight ahnor’s energy amplified form (which is much stronger) if you give him the crystal first. The creature would exploit its energy to significantly strengthen his own combat abilities.
· (Prologue) There’s and alternative final boss of this chapter – Elveos. If you want to provoke the red om’verai to attack you, you need to turn right in the Crystal Caverns and use the smoke bomb (two aggression points are required).
· (Prologue) You can earn enough experience to reach level three in this chapter. First of all, you must defeat the final boss while having 30+ hp points. As a reward Azaries will get “Natural Charm” secret passive ability, which will be of a great use in some dialogs, for it can solve a number of rising conflicts peacefully.
· (High circles) You will get an instant Game Over if you greet Gherstie aggressively and tell Azaries’ mother lies about the theft.
· (High Circles) If you’re on hard terms with Gherstie, going to the park at once will result in her immediate denial of your offer to give her a tour around High Circles. Nevertheless, visiting her a little bit later (when you still have two activity points), she’ll agree to give Azaries the second chance. Yet, earning her trust and friendship would be much more difficult.
· (High circles) Each class of the main character implies different dialogs with Gherstie, which emerge in unique spots. For example, Nental Azaries would say a few things near the City Founder monument, at the same time, Sarantales might have a chit-chat with Gherstie at the lake (if you eager to spend some coins on good ol’ alcohol). Aegisologist will definitely drop a few words during a park walk (btw, loyalty mission can be completed at this spot).

· (High Circles) You can leave fainted Gherstie under the Tree of Weavers. Hilarious episode of Gherstie’s rage will be waiting for you in the evening.
· (High Circles) Nental Azaries can take Gherstie to the Tree of Weavers and eventually make her faint. You’ll have an opportunity to check her travel bag and purse, as well as, if you dare, commence a real theft (requires 200 nental points)! Yet, beware of consequences.
· (High circles) Each class has a different way to solve the “Bourton issue”. Sarantales can significantly drop the price of the “ransom”; Nental is able to scare the bully away (requires 200 nental points); Aegis Scholar can persuade the goon to leave Narateen alone using “Natural Charm” perk (if obtained in the Prologue).
· (High Circles) You can accomplish the quest “Being old is no good thing” in a number of ways. You can even keep the coins and the potions without coming back to the NPC. Hmm, will it have a further impact on Azaries and her journey?
· (High Circles) If Azaries fails her nental training, the game won’t end in an instant. The main character will earn significantly smaller number of reputation points as well as she will trigger some future story-related consequences.
· (High Circles) Sarantales can persuade master Nandaar to give her the recommendation letter without undergoing the actual training. She must claim that she has already earned his trust and respect, so there’s no need to prove it all once again (7 judgement points required). The training itself will count as “successfully completed”.
· (High Circles) Azaries can also steal the recommendation letter from her mentor’s desk (7 aggression points required). The training itself will count as “successfully completed”.
· (High Circles) If you manage to earn 500 reputation points in High Circles, you will unlock a secret scene with ahnor and a useful upgrade of his skills.
· (High Circles) If Azaries has an affair with Arhos, she will have some extra dialog branches and additional endings of their meeting.
· (High Circles) If you visit Ahros before the final training, you won’t be able to defeat the local monster.
· (High Circles) Aegisologist and Nental can finish off most of their enemies (including the one, which appears during the meeting with Ahros). Sarantales will always have doubts and restrains due to the karma and ideology of this knight class, thus letting some enemies flee.
· (High Circles) If you lose and faint during the battle near mannicalu's cave, the young om’verai will protect you and join the fight.
· (Kitchen) If MC eats the fathog’s legs twice in the kitchen, she will get two damage consuming shields, which can be useful during the next battle.
· (Azaries’ Room) If the player clicks 5 times on the chest with a heart on it, some awkward situation will occur.
· (Azaries’ Room) KIRIS 1.2 game console features a fully-functional built-in minigame. After destroying 30+ enemy ships you will get an achievement.
· (1st day of journey) The tension between Elveos and Azaries would be much greater, if they battled in Prologue. Elveos will angrily comment on some of Azaries’ actions, as well as her behavior will become more aggressive, which can potentially lead to further off-limits.
· (1st day of journey) Ralvie’s ultimate ability deals massive damage, at the same time it charges ahnor’s head crystal. While overcharged, ahnor can ignore Ralvia’s defences.
· (1st day of journey) Swamp dwellers nreeket's can be easily defeated by Sarantales Azaries with Gherstie as the leading ally. Hint: fire deals massive damage to swamp creatures, destroying their defences.
· (1st day of journey) Azaries can defeat the golem by not attacking it 5 turns in a row. The battle will count as completed, and MC will get as much exp as victory brings.
· (1st day of jouney) Peculiarities of the battle with Raggins depends on the ally chosen.
· (1st day of journey) Azaries can’t yet defeat Raggins, but leaving her less than half hp brings better spoils.
· (1st day of journey) One of Gherstie’s stories can only be told if Azaries confronted Elveos in the childhood.
So, that’s it! Only the most curious secrets have been revealed in this article! Playing for each of three major classes brings unique experience and pieces of the local lore!
