Heralds of the Avirentes 0.49 Ahros is now available! (Patreon)

Hi, brave om’veri! The next update of Heralds of the Avirentes is now available, so blow dust off your memory crystals and get ready for the adventure!

Still, be advised that this is a minor update without any global changes and/or tons of art and animations, but it’s extremely important, for it impacts a number of core game elements.

Unfortunately, January was far from ideal for me. From the very beginning of the month. I’ve been experiencing some serious orthopedic issues with my neck, which led to two weeks of dull pain, impaired circulation and other troubles associated with displaced cervical vertebrae. Thus, winter holidays were totally messed up. Therefore, I was unable to dedicate myself completely to developing tons of top-notch fresh content for my dear patrons. I’m terribly sorry (T_T).

Still, never say die! We’ve rearranged the release schedule and optimized some game development procedures; we’ve just pushed the planned minor update to an earlier release date. Even if the game works fine, it does not mean that it does not have bugs, glitches or other issues.

New in update 0.49:

· • Numerous improvements for English localization. The names/terminology have been reviewed to exclude inconsistencies.

· • We’ve added tutorial to the Prologue! You can activate the tutorial in the game menu and get all the necessary information on how to play Heralds of the Avirentes. It will be very useful for new and returning players!

· • Interface tweaks and improvements. The text has become more readable. The detected typos in the Russian localization have been fixed, the interface of many windows has been revamped. Some obsolete interface elements have been replaced with updated and better ones (including decorative elements).

· • Updated graphics, fixes, improvements to some character sprites and backgrounds.

· • Improved game performance on low-end and obsolete PC configurations.

· • We fixed some rare bugs in the alternative routes in the High Circles and in the side story with Lady Carlerria.

· • The actions of some alternative branches have been expanded.

This update does not affect compatibility with saves from the previous version.
