-It is meant to be used with Ada mods.-Replace default and pinstripe slot in Leon's Story Mode.  Ada (Default) -> Leon (Shirt); Ada (Dress) -> Leon (Jacket); Ada (Undercover) -> Leon (Pinstripe).-Also, it replaces Leon with Ada in Mercenaries.-Install it with Fluffy Mod Manager.-If you have issue with the mod not working, try to update Fluffy Mod Manger to the latest one then re-read game archive.-Injected three Leon's middle kick animation in order to match its hitbox (before October 25, 2024).-This also affects hit sound effects in Separate Ways. -The mod with hair strands for Ada is available now.I'm no programmer, please don't expect me to do more than this.Changelog:v1.0.1-Fixed the facial animation. She has facial animation both during gameplay and cutscene. But, it gets weaker during cutscene. At least she has eye movements now.v1.0.2-Fixed the issue where the facial animation had glitch when the enemy grapple the character, the character sits on Salazar's chair, piggy back Ashley. v1.0.3-Fixed the issue where the character was unable to do melee attack sequence to el gigante.v1.0.4-Fixed the issue where the character face deformed badly during hop onto a rail car scene.v1.0.5-Fixed the issue where the character face deformed badly during victory emote in mercenaries mode.-Removed floating handgun around the right leg.v1.0.6-Fixed the issue where the character had voice bugs when she got grappled.-Fixed the issue where the face deformed at some point.v1.0.7 (July 26, 2024)-Fixed the issue where the face deformed during helping incapacitated Ashley to stand up.v.1.08 (October 3, 2024)-Replaced the animation of Leon's interaction with heavy door, ladder, locker, handle, lever, valve with Ada's.-Added mod for the hair strands mode on.-Removed the grenade from the hip.v1.0.9 (October 4, 2024)-Fixed the camera height and animation during the ganado, regenerador, or garador grapple the character in Leon's Story (it won't work in Mercenaries Mode). use the older version if you encounter issue with enemy grapple.v1.0.9.2 (October 4, 2024)-Improved enemy grapple and jack animation, it also fixed the issue with the jacket slot and the way the character hold any knives.-Fixed the character's facial animation when the ganado grapples so the character won't have empty facial animation anymore.-Restored Leon's backdrop suplex.v1.0.9.3 (October 5, 2024)-Replaced the animation of Leon's interaction with padlock, lift panel, interstice, laser turret switch, crest button, leg trap, vertical elevator button, fallen shelf with Ada's.v1.0.9.4 (October 21, 2024)-Replaced the animation of Leon's interaction with wired bomb and pre-interaction moves with Ada's.v1.0.9.5 (October 25, 2024)-Restored Ada's backflip kick and middle kick with a proper hitbox.-Replaced Leon's accessories with Ada's accessories including the unused stuff (face paint and red hair) and the UI. -Now, the hair strands restoration mod needs the main file to be installed first.v1.0.9.6 (October 26, 2024)-Rewrote the character description for the story and the mercenaries.v1.0.9.7 (October 30, 2024)-Better character animation with pistol, TMP, RPG-7, SR M1903, and Stingray.-Changed the flashlight position to be around the chest instead of the left hand.v1.0.9.8 (November 1, 2024)-Made the mods as bundle. Look for Ada swaps over Leon Bundle on the FMM.-Added spinning kick mod as an optional mod. Install the main mod first.-Fixed the character's flashlight grip animation on the handgunsv1.0.9.9 (December 1, 2024)-Spinning kick finisher mod: The file for camera setting from mod v1.0.9.8 has glitches when the character stabs a ganado grappling Ashley, so i restored it to Leon's camera settings in this one. The camera motion may not look proper. Currently, there's no tool for camera motion to be edited. (June 5, 2025)-The main mod: Added Ada's footsteps sfx to the mod.-Leon's kick: Added optional mod to replace Ada's kick animations with Leon's.Known Issues:-The game disables custom physics during few cutscenes.-Unable to use grapple gun.-Unable to remove Leon's small dialogue during gameplay.CREDITS:-Praydog for his REFramework.-alphaZomega who created 010, Noesis, Max and Blender scripts and motlist template for modding.

if you don't have Leon's dlc costumes then i suggest to use mine or raq's. If you have them, you can try the mods one by one.

It seems hair strands don't work with this mod.

-Disabled hair strands for Ada in order to get modded hair worked even when hair strands is set to on. I made it like this on purpose.

Hi, does this fix the height differences between Ada and Leon? For example I noticed that when enemies grab Leon using an Ada appearance mod she looks a little smaller hence the grappling animation does not seem right, I can correct this by using the ultimate ingame trainer to reduce Leon´s height to 90% but if I do that he/she is completely invisible during cutscenes

this is great! everything works as intended in my testings. will have to make a run through the whole game soon. anyway you can add ada's spinning kick from behind back in an update? it seemed to work in the first 1.09. and is it possible for the somersault to make it in? again amazing work!

For unknown reason, this mod never works in mercenaries or main stories of mine. Maybe related to recent game update?

Okay thanks, first re-read game archives attempt didn't work. After re-validated steam files and tried few re-reads again. Finally it works.

Thank you very much for this mod. I think it's one of the closest to perfect among all the mods that replace Leon with Ada. There's another one on Nexus that's quite similar, but it forces the use of Leon's flashlight animation—which doesn't suit Ada's skeleton—so I think you've done a great job in detail. But, I would like to ask you if you could fix the issue of the grappling gun not being usable? This might be due to the fact that this action has an identification code—only the mercenary and DLC Ada can use it? Will you continue to investigate this issue? I really hope you can find a way to solve it, and I'm willing to continue paying a commission to have you complete this work.looking forward to your reply! thinks.

this is great, the only issue i found is that the knife has incorrect position when knifing a brute

Thanks! I've been trying to fix the issue you mentioned, but it turns out Ada doesn't have that animation. It's Leon's animation, but Ada holds the combat knife downward. I am not able to fix it for now.

Unfortunately, despite having everything correct, Ada and Leon mix into each other and results in an abomination. Ada is here but Leon is here too. I firstly installed "Ada Swaps Over Leon v1.0.9.9" from Fluffy Mod Manager. I removed other mods including clothing mods and tried it again. It does not work. Could it be the result of last updates in this year? Perhaps. Could you check it if you have time? I will notice you if I fix it. @Wiwilz.
