Postage prices update (Patreon)

Hi guys,

I've had a few people get in touch about postage prices recently so I wanted to up my efforts in that regard to try and get the most affordable options for you. 

As such, I have now added a 'non-tracked' option to shipping options from the Colostle store, for International, USA and EU customers. This option only works up to a total order weight of 2kg, so its good for small orders and it is a small but hopefully significant price reduction. Any orders that go over a total weight of 2kg will automatically upgrade to the 'tracked' cost.

As for UK orders, I have reduced the lowest postage threshold to £4.50 (this would be the postage price for the badge for example) - this isn't a cheaper service like for the above regions, as I have no way of doing that - so I am simply taking more of a hit here to make it more affordable. That's as far as I can reasonably go for now, but I'll keep looking for a way to reduce it further if it is possible.
