Looks like Geoffrey is making a house call to Dr. Quack this time. o_O Geoffrey is still acting as Naugus' lieutenant, although some readers have doubted there's much loyalty remaining after being abused so often. I imagine that's true in private, but Geoffrey knows he has no one else to turn to in the city and tries to project an appearance of strength. It may be all he has left when he's made an enemy of everyone. :(
