SONIC RETOLD - Issue 4, Page 6 (Patreon)

Whoa! Sorry this page is so late. I've been in low spirits this past week and constantly fatigued, so I didn't have the energy to get this page ready on time. I'm trying to readjust myself, and I mentioned on DeviantArt that the next page will be on May 25th instead of the 18th. For Patrons, I'll try and upload page 4-7 early next week. Sorry again for the delay, but I just needed some downtime. :(

Anyway, the Mercian Freedom Fighters take the stage! Every time I see these guys, I'm reminded of this scene. I want to give a shout-out to former Deviant Dexter01992 for inspiration in painting the panel 1 background. Dex is a younger Sonic artist I used to coach years ago because he struggled with lighting and perspective. In the short time I knew him, his art improved exponentially with practice and experimentation. Now I can say  he's a more accomplished artist than me and has moved onto greater things. Wherever you are, Dex, I salute you.
