I spent way too bloody long trying to shape this cardigan around her.

Patch notes: Her arm isn't as awkward anymore. Leaned her neck more so she looks a bit more coy.  Updated the localization files. The potency of some moves has been adjusted.  Fixed a bug that allowed Reaper to Shadow Step to unintended locations on certain maps.  Nerfed Shaman because fuck you.
