Tier Change (Patreon)

I'm going to be shifting around the tier benefits. But I will be adding commission discounts to every tier as well. Due to my system limitations, some of the benefits I originally offered are very difficult to feasibly provide, such as alts. I wish to hopefully get to making things faster and more efficiently, so that I can make your support of me worth it.
