Hail Barbarians!

The new version is ready

We have added the Age of Barbarians World Map. From here you can move around and select the various dungeons, towns, villages and places to explore.

Places to visit will be added from the next version 0.2.0.

The world of Age of Barbarians is called ATLAN and is located in a particular area of our current world.

Yes, we are on earth, although, as you know, there are apparently two moons, but there is an explanation even for that. More details will be published with the next versions of the board game and also in the Lore of Chronicles itself.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Well that's a surprising development. It's going to interesting to know how our world becomes Atlan (or vice versa).

Yes, I did a lot of research and read several books before deciding on the final setting for the Age of Barbarians' world. Atlan also has a precise geographical location, but I'm reserving that for now. The map is huge, the one currently in the game is just under a third of the total. I think the game's lore is fascinating, and I have a lot of fun writing it. I hope you'll enjoy it too.

Nice release! Do you plan the add an option the play the game in a window like AoB1? It'd be cool. Also, I know it's me being dumb but I was fafing around in the dark caves and I threw by mistake my torch out of the edge of the level while trying to hit the wall (to see if there were some hidden rooms). The segment gets a little annoying without a lightsource.

The window mode option is on our list of things to do. Yes, the behavior of the torch needs to be corrected and implemented.
