What you'll need:

  • 1lb worth of jalapenos

  • 1 package of bacon, these vary between 12oz to 1lb but we're looking more for strips than weight

  • 1 8oz block of medium cheddar

  • 1 8oz package of cream cheese

Prep:

  • Gently wash you jalapenos and then slice them in half longways, scooping out and setting aside the innards for later.

  • shred your cheddar cheese on the finer side of a cheese grater into a bowl. Put the cream cheese into the bowl and mix together with a wooden spoon. It shold take 2-3 minutes for it to form a cohesive mass

  • (Optional) separate your cheese into two bowl and mix the jalapeno innards into one of the bowls. Additionally, red pepper flakes can be added for additional heat.

  • Take bacon right of of the fridge and pull it apart in a way that extends the strips. gently press about a gumball's worth of cheese mix into one half of a jalapeno, press the other half to the cheese, and then use the bacon to wrap the two halves together. repeat until you are out of jalapenos

Cooking:

  • Set your air fryer to 400 for a duration of 12-15 minutes with a turn reminder. once preheated, liberally spray down the internal rack with pan spray to prevent bacon from sticking

  • cook poppers in patches of 4-6, remembering to turn halfway though. when done, remove poppers to a wire rack to drip for a little before eating

  • repeat until all poppers are cooked.

Huh? wait I know what might have happened! I copy/pasted this out of the main project and I guess my audio settings didn't get copied out. Lemme see if I can't just edit this post by replacing the video.
