Ingredients:
1/2 bag of frozen curly fries, I used Ore-Ida "Zesty Twirls"
one 14oz package of "shaved steak" (it cost $8 by the way)
one half an onion
1&1/2-2 green bell peppers
One small jar of pickled jalapenos
2 slices of American cheese
6 slices of provolone cheese
lawry's
pepper
oil for cooking.
Prep:
Preheat oven to whatever your bag of fries says and then get them in there. Everything else will take less than the times it takes to get them cooked (assuming 18-22 minute cook time)
Slice bell peppers and onion into long, thing pieces. Heat a saucepan of medium, oil it, and then add them in with a good fistful of the pickled jalapenos. Toss or move around with a wooden spatula occasionally.
spread shaved beef around on a meat-safe surface and then season with Lawry's and pepper. heat another pan to medium to medium-low heat (this stuff is THIN), liberally oil, and add to pan. stir continuously with another wooden spatula or utensil until you can see any more red in the meat. Turn off the heat and cover the pan until it's time to top.
(NOTE: This step is entirely skippable. If you're not feeling it you can just lay the slices of provolone cheese on top of the veggies and fries as soon as the fries are out of the oven and they'll melt up fine.) once fries are ~10 miuntes out from being done, get a small saucepan and fill it with no more than 8oz of water, 4-6 should do you fine. Bring to a low boil and then add in two slices of American cheese and use a whisk to fully dissolve them. Then add in one slice of provolone at a time, whishing gently to dissolve. Once all slices and dissolved keep on low heat and make sure to stir frequently to avoid clumps.
When fries are done, pull them out of the oven and use a spatula to move them all over to one side so they're densely packed together. Then pour on veggies, beef, and finally cheese sauce.

sorry if these aren't the most exact. I'm pretty fried right now before taking some time off and running on fumes. I'll update this later when I cook them again some time soon.
