Her sport being rodeo is going to mean primarily SW US down through Mexico to roughly Central America. "Howdy" probably means she's familiar with northern Mexico near Texas. With the shade of her skin I think it very likely she's Mexican, with plausibly any admixture of the local native nations. Edit: Commenter on the other thread suggests from some of her fashion choices that Argentinian is also supported.
