The last comic may have inaccurately painted Quiver as having her shit together.I can assure you this is not the case. At least she got the right arrow this time.

That’s going to be awkward for explaining to anyone, thief, authority, or whoever else was watching.

Dreadknight Cassandra

The next time we see this criminal, he's gonna hesitantly pull out another deterrent, make this poor girl cum, then just say "Fuck it, you free later?"

Blastflight

Kudos to Mister Thief there for being considerate and not shocking her again.

Richard Tater

Quiver is lucky that her gallery of rogues starts with someone as caring as this thief

Grimmhelm

Shes gonna end up dating that hench at this rate XD

Helen Dingo

Poor girl is just in a constant state of "going through it" 😔

John Jobber

As the others also say here, we need these two to date, oh Mancer of Spice. Which could turn into him just being a thief so they can meet.

TJ

Quiver is definitely my favorite right now

Garra Wolfdog

Poor Quiver. She is so very my vibe XD

ARDENT 38

Okay this one crook is gonna need a name soon if he keeps showing up. I love him and his repeated astonishment at how absurd his neighborhood superhero is…

D G

Like it's a Batman/Catwoman thing, but if the flirtation and sexual tension was 110% unintentional and awkward for everyone involved. Love this dynamic.

ARDENT 38

I wouldn’t be let down if things didn’t go this way but the thought DID cross my mind… It would be cute~

Stephen Wells

Smouldering both literally and metaphorically :)

Rocco Tena

Seconding this. I want to see the story of Quiver versus "generic crook with a stun gun" (who is named Mike if Jack is to be believed xD)

Spicymancer

I have not officially named the crook yet.

Sengachi

Poor gal is quivering right now. 😂 Edit: Oh shoot, I get the joke behind her name now. Wow that took a while.

D G

"Yet"... so you are considering...

SonOfLan

This may fight for top ship Pink X Grey, you have competition 👀

Queer and Pleasant Banger

I just love how the thief is so considerate, asking if she wants to talk about things

Pengwnbuster

love this nameless but very understanding robber guy

Henry S Mayper

This thief should be named "Crook Johnson" or something. What that says about his wang is open for interpretation, but I appreciate his efforts to counsel Quiver.

Atelier Magra

This poor girl is just a series of increasingly curious kinks waiting to go public, and that has to be the world's most understanding robber.

McZed

"Oh, wouldn't be the first time that's happened in the field." "I know you want to make me feel better, but-" "Still can't face anyone using a whip after dating Catrina O' Ten Tails for a year, I'll tell you that." "REALLY DON'T NEED TO KNOW."

Evil_Paul

I’m now imagining a final panel where Quiver’s bawling on the bank robber’s shoulder while he tells the arriving police “We’re going to need a minute here, guys.”

Stephen Wells

We all get those I Was Today Years Old When moments sometimes :)

Stephen Wells

Not shocking her again *in public*

JM

Like Bill the Henchmen, the Crook is not a BAD guy, he just works as one.

Stephen Wells

Her last ex had lightning powers, and separately from that, in the last comic she apparently went down on a prismatic rainbow superheroine before the party even *started*. She's a walking disaster but honestly she's not doing that badly :)

Atelier Magra

yeah, next she's gonna get hit with some pepper spray and we'll find out her other EX had fire powers and spicy cum or something, gotta love this girl, she's just a walking time bomb of awkwardness waiting to blow.

Stephen Wells

Her caption isn't "I hope this doesn't awaken anything in me", it's "This will definitely awaken something in me" :)

Cole Blackblood

Poor Quiver just can't catch a break - at least her "rival" is understanding XDD

Dreadknight Cassandra

Wait, I've had a better idea: The robber tripping the alarm at a jewelry store, Quiver arrives to find he hasn't actually done any robbing an instead is waiting to talk to her. "Hey, can we talk? It's kinda clear you don't have the uh..... outlets you need and it's kinda making this awkward. So if you're interested, my sister runs a club downtown that you might be interested in, and I can arrange for a.... lets call it a VIP treatment" Quiver pondering the offer, then cut to the criminal and his sister (also wearing a mask) watching in morbid fascination as quiver is getting just destroyed off screen, and the sister sayin g "You weren't kidding about her being a freak."

Kristen Soto

Me too I'd love to see more of this

Balloons250

Honestly I kinda ship the two at this point, maybe as just friends when they're both "off the clock" or something?

Stephen Wells

I'd like to imagine that there's a dive bar somewhere in this town where the heroes and villains all go to unwind after hours. Leave the vendettas at the door and hang out with people who understand the milieu. These two need a corner table and some ice cream sundaes.

Cass

Bro your *mind*

Zhana

Well that's one way to acquire an... immunity, to electrocution

Professor Detective

He's a professional with standards. That's why he's going less-lethal using a taser.

The Angry Optimist

Big air quotes there, but at least she's still standing. At least this time.

Gwen The Goblin

Here's my predictions/head canon until Spicy does more with these lovable dorks: Quiver and 'Crooks' Johnson (courtesy of commenter Henry S Mayper up above)continue this dance a while longer, each time Quiver ended up being embarrassed/awkward. Maybe every now and then Crooks slips up and ends up being the awkward one, which Quiver uses to needle him on occasion during capture. Then Quiver hits up a bar incognito, and Crooks (sans mask) is there, nursing a broken heart/having a bad day/something that has Quiver (probably awkwardly) trying to console him. They have a good time together, while thinking the entire time, "Why does she/he seem really freakin' familiar?" One thing leads to another, and they end up in bed together. Then one of two things could happen: Regardless who's place they end up in, one finds something that identifies their alter-ego (Quiver finds Crooks' mask, Crooks finds an arrow/her outfit). Maybe some accusations, or just straight acceptance of the situation, and working around it while doing their jobs. Setting up dates when capturing Crooks, Crooks teasing Quiver about a new discovered (to him) kink they'll have to try when he gets out of jail. OR: They start dating, trying to juggle their shenanigans around their budding relationship. At some point, something triggers the realization. Maybe Crooks says something about hoping he's not held for long, since he has a date that night at a nice, date-type restaurant. Quiver starts to make a snarky remark, then goes, "Wait a minute, *I* have a date there tonight?!" Cue second half of the previous paragraph.

Wolfey_333

I hope they become besties

Ember Reverie

I hope they date soon he seems really respectful about quivers "embarassing" moments. Also is she named that as a double entendre or am I overthinking it

Liam Spalding

I love the robber. He’s so hilariously respectful.

Sindri

It's always best to be polite to superheroes. It increases your chances of getting away, and ensures that if you can't escape you get sent to jail uninjured.
