Rue Introduction!!! (Patreon)

I got another character intro for you all here for my early access friends!!

Introducing the most mysterious and least known character on the cast: Rue!

Rue, as mentioned here, is Fae. Fae are one of the Heirloom Monmagi, but is the least known Monmagi there is. Centuries ago, the Fae cut off ties to the outside world and isolated the Fae domain from any other Monmagi and, of course, humans.

Since then, only one Fae family has ever left the Fae domain- the Nightshade family. However, that is until Rue, who is not a Nightshade. Even the Nightshade family is very secretive about Fae culture and magic, so there is a lot still unknown about them.

Rue himself is also a secretive figure. Even though he clearly is the oldest of the cast, his exact age is hard to tell since Fae are rumored to live longer lives than humans. His sudden appearance in the outside world is surrounded by questions- and so is his connection to the murder of the human crown prince, Larkspur Hemlock.

Rue is generally one of the friendliest of the group. He gets along with most of them, with a little more wariness towards Karia. He often tries to impart wisdom to the younger members, though this doesn't always get taken seriously.

Many of the others try to get information out of him, but nobody can tell if anything he says is the truth or more lies. Orion is the only one who respects his need for privacy, understanding the need for secrets, so they both get along pretty well.
