It’s now been announced that Skeleton Crew will be in December, so you’ll be able to get through the rest of Bad Batch, Tales of the Empire, and The Acolyte one at a time, plus even a break or two, and then be officially fully caught up and never have to worry about this kind of timing again.

Alright, so Acolyte is June and Skeleton Crew is in December? Andor season 2 looks like its pushed to early next year then.

So, now I continue to hope going forward, Jess, that you remain as spoiler-free as possible with this show, however far ahead you are, mind you. Particularly, I strongly hope that the goddamn algorithms don’t fucking spoil anything. It happened to my brother last month. My brother, sister in-law, and I are with Mom for the recent solar eclipse. We got a hotel; Mom and her science buddies shared a room, and I’m in the neighboring room with my brother and sister in-law. I have a time with the room to myself, flipping channels on the tv. I inadvertently put on a particularly big scene of the series finale of Curb Your Enthusiasm, and ended up spoiled, because I forgot that was going to be on. I informed my brother that I received a spoiler, but did not divulge said spoiler, promising to keep my mouth shut. An hour or so later, my brother is on his phone, and the algorithm drops the spoiler right in his lap via some headline on the internet, he goes, “Wait a minute!?” says what the headline says, I deflate some, said, “...Yeah, that... That was it.” So, I sincerely hope, Jess, that you will successfully avoid the future spoilers for The Bad Batch.

I heard the approximate release date for Skeleton Crew. Kind of excited as they’re selling it like Star Wars The Goonies, this after getting strong The Name of the Rose meets something like The Boston Strangler vibes from The Acolyte promotional material, we’re going to have a good year for Star Wars from the sound of it. Andor probably will be next year. I’ll take it in April as a nice birthday present, particularly if we do get Ian showing up as the Emperor, that would be grand. We’ll see how things go.

A lot of people have called it a Star Trek: Prodigy ripoff, like that show invented the idea of kids finding a spaceship. These people would have their minds blown by Flight of the Navigator.
