I first wish to thank you for the lovely monthly chat. It was great to hear more of your thoughts about The Last of Us. I wouldn’t be opposed to you making videos of you playing the game, if that was something you wanted to do. As to your dying ad infinitum whilst doing so, given how rusty I am with video games, I’m not one to judge. I agree that though more screentime of Qui-Gon is not disagreeable, the withholding of his appearance had the greater emotional punch. I loved your talking about really appreciating the aspect of how the Emperor asserts dominance with Darth Vader. It's something I've always loved as well. There's a behind-the scenes quote that describes it well, “Everyone believes it’s Darth Vader who’s the ultimate bad guy, but the guy who’s TRULY evil is Palpatine.” I could see Chopper rising the ranks of your favorites, but I know it’s impossible that he’d dethrone 3PO. That is NEVER going to happen. If it helps, I'm in a middle ground with Bo-Katan as well. I think part of the excitement of her first appearance in The Mandalorian is that it’s a character making the transition from animation to live-action, and by extension, further validating the importance of The Clone Wars. The major things that hinders my opinion of Bo-Katan some is some of the fans treating her like she’s always been a saintly hero, and even then, it’s like you say, there’s really nothing against Bo, save for when she insulted Boba by disparaging Jango. I’ve told a fan or two, “Look. Her uncalled-for character assassination attempt towards Jango aside, I don’t have any real beef with her, she’s just not one of my favorites. Excuse me for not being the world’s biggest Bo-Katan fan.” Her arc this season did improve my opinion of her more toward the positive. I did love it and got a huge laugh over how you called me out on the New Republic versus the Empire opinion. Serves me right for being as big a fan of the Empire as I've been my whole life. I'm glad you liked the behind-the-scenes tidbit about Anthony Daniels and 3PO. That made me smile, Jess. You mentioned The Beast Below. Though it’s not one of the top favorites of Eleven’s run, it is very interesting. Better than the somewhat negative reception that you note it gets. That was a very good answer you had about Landa, Jess, and I liked you liked my thought on that. You're probably correct that Landa is so used to his power and things going his way, any threat Shoshanna could conceivably pose doesn’t even register. You are also likely correct that Shoshanna likely didn’t care what happened past the end. The sting of her fate still remains though. I share your thoughts on Wikus. Though I admit that District 9 wasn’t my cup of tea, the open-ended ending was excellent. Again, a lovely chat. I grow nervous as the date for your surgery approaches. I am sorry the problems are particularly troubling lately. To respond to how you said you’re going insane, Jess, you’re not going insane. I know this because I'm insane and you’re never at the meetings. How ever your recovery is with your surgery, I shall be patient and let you recover, rest, whatever you have got to do. No problem if the next chat is delayed a month. I'm worried that given I can run my mouth with the questions, I might go overboard, but hopefully I just don’t have too many questions. Then again, May alone is going to have Kill Bill Volume Two, the second Star Trek film, and one or two things in Rebels. I could see my having copious questions for those. I've never been good at restraining myself on that, but I'll do my best to keep it a trifle light, thus not putting too much on your plate. I'll keep an eye and ear open for updates from you, though you say you’ve been not using twitter much as of late, and I don’t blame you for saying you’re not too fond about certain things with twitter lately. I’ve never had a twitter and I don’t blame you for having that opinion. Like I said, thank you for the chat, Jess, I hope everything will go well for you, and I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers. Take care of yourself, Jess.

Thank you again for another lovely monthly chat - totally worth being on the top tier as usual. I'm so sorry you're having such bad headaches. I wish there was something I could do to help. :(
