Not gonna lie, I would have laughed my ass off if this ending had been used to just completely cut off the entire Kang story after Jonathan Majors' legal problems. I'm very sorry to see Lysa Arryn go (yeah, her real name just never sticks in my head) but huge kudos to the animators being able to convey in just a few different frames Miss Minutes' pure sick joy in seeing the horrible painful deaths of people she's supposedly been friends with for eons. Of course someone from Timely's time would be obsessed with the idea of a machine devoted to making hot cocoa, marvelous view into human nature there. And the one bit of the episode that didn't really make it for me is the resolution of Loki's pruning from the premiere. It feels very "twist for the sake of having a twist," and it's especially weird that Loki seems so reluctant to do it when he knows full well that everything's going to turn out okay. But that still puts it well ahead with how great this season has been.

Good to hear you say you’re feeling refreshed from your break, Jess. Ke as O.B. remains the shining light of the season, for me, anyway. Here especially the scene of O. B. and Timley realizing their bootstrap paradox; like how they summarized about a snake eating its own tail, hence the name Ouroboros. Knew you’d have strong feelings when Sylvie went after Mobius. Similarly, as you said, it is good that Loki and Sylvie got their stances across. I quite liked how you called Sylvie out on not having any other suggestions. Sad to say goodbye to Kate Dickie in the show, though respect to Dox for standing against Renslayer, gruesome, and triggering for you though her death was. I cannot say the same for Brad, silly little man that he is, whose buffoonery is completely insufferable at this point. Miss Minutes doth proved herself a salty and sadistic bitch. I think her time with her dear beloved Mister J has rubbed off on her some. Shame she didn’t start singing Daisy at the end. I also wanted her to say, “You didn’t say the magic word!” on the screens. Loved hearing your loving B-15’s compassion. Interesting full-circle with the time-turner/stable time loop with Loki pruning himself. A noble effort from Timley, though most unfortunate he was spaghettified in a graphic and untimely manner, your reaction to that being superb. And end on the cliffhanger where the characters say “Goodbye” to all of this, and “Hello” to oblivion. The appropriate way to do so of course is by saying, “Goodbye All of This. Hello, Oblivion, how are the wife and kids?” I had a similar moment as you did on the cut to black, wondering if my tv conked out or something, went, “...Helloo?” I adored your reaction to that, and yes, a benefit to your break is you can immediately put on the next episode. Said episode I have not yet seen, but don’t let that dictate when you upload. If you have it ready to go, then upload it. I’ll be able to keep up. Lovely reaction, Jess, thank you.

Yeah, that did cross my mind of they could use the ending as a reset/ending for the whole Kang storyline. The same thought crossed my mind as well with Miss Minutes being killed thus the potential trouble with that going forward is taken care of. Assuming of course that she doesn’t get rebooted, and even if she is, they can easily make a smooth transition of recasting. If in fact that’s Disney’s strategy which as of yet, I haven’t heard any official news on that front. I hear you on Kate Dickie, otherwise known as Lysa Arryn. That was a nice look into human nature with the hot cocoa machine.
