How badly do you think this gets taken on youtube? I'm gonna get a lashing, but this is the best thing I can think of. You will also be getting like, 5 more posts today of links from vimeo on the completed videos, so sorry in advance for the spam. I'll post the next video, episode 5, tomorrow through vimeo as well.

Maybe I have too much faith in the portion of humanity that enjoys your content out of the portion of humanity that is on YouTube, but I think this will be met with understanding and sympathy. Probably a lot of frustration at YouTube itself, but not at you. Anyway I’m sorry it’s so annoying. Chances are you can reupload them all once the hype dies down, I’d wager.

I can’t speak to your audience’s particular analytics, but I tend to agree with Cynthia the really cool dancer. People that are on YouTube every single day and eagerly await your content have heard about this kind of issue plenty of times before. I expect them to be understanding. As far as the more casual audience, that doesn’t check in week-to-week, I would expect that their distance to the platform would make them indifferent if not still understanding.
