Yesterday I learned to skate and tore the joints in my leg 🦑

Unfortunately I will have to wear a cast for 6 weeks and now take strong painkillers

Well….you did learn to skate! It’s the falling and crashing part you need to work on….after your recovery. Watch those painkillers…while helpful they are extremely addictive. Acetaminophen might be better…not as strong but not addictive. Take care!

Uncomfortable as it can be youll thank yourself for taking the extra time tore my shoulder a few years back and I lost a lot of my range of motion for reaching over my head took a lot of time to not only regain flexibility but then rebuild neglected muscle groups so I can work with my hands over my head
