Hi,

testing BETA3 is going along nicely. I took my time (80% through) and introduced smaller changes along the way.

Lab Manager now has addition Gen 1,2,3 filters

Configurator can be left without storing bot, it will be auto-stored into the dot you took it from

and some other small balancing changes.

Still a bit concerned regarding smuggling mission balancing, as those missions give huge rewards (300-800k per mission), but require you deal in drugs or slaves. Not sure I want to incentivize that too much.

I'll probably up the bounty rewards and tone down the smuggling rewards.

Thank you for the update! If you don't think it too presumptuous, I agree, upping the bounty rewards and toning down the smuggling rewards is a good idea. I know I would like to avoid the dealing with drugs and slaves route, although knowing its a choice, I would not feel bad about missing out on greater rewards (if they remain). Something balanced is better. Thank you also for putting so much thought into this and the bot lab development!

Looks great. One thing that bugs me. Is selling bot parts. Every time you click one to dispose of it the list goes back to the top of the list. Ty

That bugs me as well but I havent found a good way around it. The renpy scrollable viewport resets after every input that is processed. Only way is to completely rewrite that with my own paging mechanics. So for the time being the filters can narrow down the parts so that at least its not a super long list that jumps back to the top everytime.
