fix issues when prey force their way in

tiny prey should stop thinking they're getting stepped on after being eaten

handle random dialogue better, shouldn't eat all the lua instructions anymore

fix NPC quests breaking if the NPC ever gets digested

potentially fix NPC quests breaking sometimes immediately

more dialogue proofreading done

finally copied the default dialogue to the OC NPCs

potentially fix a bunch of wonkyness with prey not becoming invisible when going inside a pred

Ok, I think this one is good if theres no big issues by wednesday this'll be 2.8 release
