Still D.R.E. - Dr. Dre - Hip-Hop Ukulele Tutorial

New Ukulele Tutorial every Wednesday and Saturday. Subscribe and learn. Today we are going to do some golden hip-hop from the genres greatest producer, Dr Dre. We are breaking down this one from his second album, and of course it features his great friend Snoop Dogg (Bow wow) This is a really cool chord progression with a Bbm to a Fsus4 to an F minor. On the actual song the sample is tuned down a 1/4 step is actually playing a chord that is between the Bbm and the Am, and in our fretted string world this is very rare, but in the sampling world of hip-hop it is much more common. We have done a bunch of other classic hip-hop songs on the Ukulele so make sure to check out our back catalog!
