Hawaii Visit in May 2021 - Anyone have housing? Ukulele Clubs? Festivals? (Patreon)

Your favorite Ukulele teacher is going to Hawaii! So, here is the deal. May 2021, I want to go to Hawaii, and if I can find good, affordable, comfortable housing my budget could last me for a whole month. I want to go, I want to meet luthiers, I want to talk to the original Ukulele gods, I want to find Jack Johnson's house and jam with him, I want to do all that.... but I need your help! 

If anybody has...

... a lead on affordable housing, or your own house with extra space. It will be me, my wife, and my mother and father. 4 non-smokers, mom and my wife don't drink at all and my dad and I top out around 2 beers or 2 glasses of wine, we are very mellow, pick up after ourselves, wash the dishes and we are very punctual, so any help in this area would be great.
