Alright, Jazz Standard time and I based this one on ol' blue eyes version so I the PDF will be in the key of Am, which is the key Frank sang it in, it also sounds great in the key of Bm on Ukulele if you should be so inclined. Print that PDF and get singing!

Hi Tyler, the image for F major 7 seems wrong.

Hi Sylvia, is the right chord, it is just a really hard chord to get to sound good on the ukulele. You can play an F there instead. I play the Fmaj7 the 5th fret of the G and C strings with open E and As, if that is too jangly try a classic F shape. The melody passes there through a Fmaj7Add6/9 arpeggio as the melody goes A-G-F-E-D at that part.
