Been a hot minute since the last vlog because I've been GONE. I disappeared into the void but now I have emerged once more with incredible new insights from my journey that I go over in today's vlog.

Why I Disappeared for a Month. - Kibitz Vlog5

As the title suggests, I took January off from uploading and streaming. In this vid I go over my thought process with that and some of the things I learned after taking a step back.

Try not to think of it as a mid life crisis and more of a every 5 years crisis. Most people meta-think about their lives at least once a decade if not more. It's healthy and it helps you to create new distinctions about where you have been and where you are going. It's the people who don't stop to think that end up with real problems.

Yeah it's really good, tbh though you gotta be in the right mindset for it. Like, 'I'm going to do nothing and relax the next 3 hours' and be in that state or else it might seem kinda boring

Great to see you back. I hate the fact that the only real term we have is "Midlife Crisis"... I've had a couple of "major shifts in lifestyle" and was told it was a midlife crisis last time, didn't feel all that "crisis-y" to me. I think it's normal and healthy to "reassess" if anything just "doing the same thing without thinking about why" is the dangerous path, after all, we change as people, surely our life should change around us as well :)
