We couldn't make you wait until now to listen to our February bonus (part two of our interview with Janelle Shane), so we released that back in January.

As an extra bonus we wanted to share the updated thank you video that new patrons get when they join Lingthusiasm. We say 'new' but we shot this in November 2018 when Gretchen was in Australia (you may notice that Lauren is rather pregnant!). It's thanks to you that we now have Claire on board as senior producer and ling-ministrator to help us dust off projects like this that got away from us in 2019 (the year of the book and the baby).

If you want more linguistics facts but you've worked your way through the Lingthusiasm back catalogue, the Lingthusiasm Discord server is there for patrons at the Ling-thusiast tier and above.

Thank you for supporting Lingthusiasm on Patreon!

With your powers combined, we were able to catch up in person! So as a bonus thank you for supporting Lingthusiasm on Patreon, we share some of our favourite linguistics facts. Lauren discusses homonyms and Gretchen makes the case for bringing obscure anatomical words into the mainstream.
