Some time ago I made a video tutorial about painting a leg of my Necron Royal Warden. The miniature is finished, and the complete tutorial series about painting him is available on my Patreon. Back then I was painting with Vallejo paints, but for a year now I've made a list of color alternatives between Monument Hobbies and Vallejo in my PDF tutorials, so using Vallejo or Monument Hobbies should be very easy.
