State of the Game: Soggy (Patreon)

Hey all, March is here with some new updates! v0.42.0 is now up for free at the usual page, and v0.43.0 is now out for patrons!

This latest update focuses entirely on getting the Squeesh specialist Juicy up to the stage of being recruitable. They'll join you as a medical specialist...and sure, most of their experience is with treating livestock. But that's close enough, right?

Now that I've gotten both the Roth and the Squeesh factions established, I'll probably be bouncing back and forth between them going forward. I do have a few specific goals for this month though:

Get the Roth specialists recruitable.

A while back Double D won the poll to be the next Carnal Coup cameo character, and it's finally time for them to join in. I'll probably be starting the poll for the next one relatively soon, and this may be picking the last Coup cameo for the game, so keep an eye out for that!

Once their portrait artwork is done (currently in progress), I'll be working on starting the Squeesh antagonist plotline.

Also as a heads up, the Valentine's Day steam bundle is going to be getting some changes in the next day or two, including getting a bunch of new games added. Again, while it is a bit hefty as a full pack, check it out and you might find some other titles worth looking into.

That's all I have for now, so I'll see you in a few weeks, the patch notes are below, and the patron links will follow. Thanks for playing!
