Current Animations Progress Info! 📰 (Patreon)

Hello people! 👋 Quick text post today to let everyone know about how the progress with the animations is going. 🙂

I've been 2 weeks 100% focused on the AI animations, and I have mixed feelings about it 😅. Sometimes, it's amazing, and I can get 3 full animation sets in one day, and sometimes I can get 1 animation set in 4 days 😮, which is very frustrating. (By "animation set" I refer to: An animation with 3 speeds and loopable, so it's technically 1 animation set means 3 animations)

And I'm doing perfect loops, which need not only AI but also some post processing, because AI by default don't have ways to do perfect loops (At least not the NSFW models), I categorize the AI loops into 3 types:

1) An animation that simply gets looped again and again: It can look janky if the camera moves because the repetition is clearly seen. Also, if there are body movements like jiggling or hair movement, they look weird and unnatural in most cases.

2) An animation that is looped forwards and backward: This one looks more seamless than the previous one; it simply repeats the animation, first going forward and then going backward. This one looks good, but if there is hair movement or body jiggle movement, it looks weird and not natural.

3) A perfect seamless loop animation: These kinds of animations are way, way harder than the previous 2, but they create almost realistic AI animations. The loop is hard to perceive; sometimes it's even impossible. The body movement, the jiggle, the hair, all flow naturally and continuously.

I'm aiming for the 3rd type of animations (because Marci is a masochist! 😅), to offer the best possible experience, so with this update I'm in a continuosly learning process, I'm currently achieving incredibly realistic loopable AI animations, in my opinion, they are incredible, but the process is tiresome until I get the animation level that I want to offer you all.

Also, some of the loops are long; the biggest ones yet are about 20 seconds before playing the loop again! They take some space, but the result is simply mind-blowing!

By the way, working with AI at the level I'm trying to do isn't simply writing what I want in a text box and voilà! 😅 Above this, you can see a custom workflow that I'm creating for the AI animations; all the squares have information that can't be seen because it's zoomed out, but there is a lot of stuff in that image and weeks/months of study, work, and testing to prepare it.

Doing the AI stuff needs a lot of space, so I got a new HDD (8TB with DRAM cache and faster loading times) to store in the AI PC the AI-related stuff, and my IoM PC is getting very hot (CPU running at 100ºC when working with it), so I also got a new CPU cooler. I will install both after the release of S2E4 because I'm currently 100% focused on that.

I wanted to do 3 full weeks non-stop of animation but I think this week I will switch to render and coding because I've got some huge headaches fighting with AI these last weeks and I need to refresh a little from the AI stuff 😅, but even if it's frustrating at some points, the results are well worth it. 😉

By the way, when I'm less active on Discord and not doing the Saturday or Sunday pics for 2 weeks... I start getting messages asking if I abandoned the game 😅 hehe, don't worry 😉, I know it's unusual for me to do that, but I'm working harder than ever in the game and dominating this new challenge with the AI animations, even buying stuff for both PCs to keep working non-stop. I honestly think that the vast majority will be very surprised by the new animations that are coming, especially the NSFW (🔥hot🔥) ones. 😉🤩
