Info About IoM V 0.07 Progress (Patreon)

Hello people! We are already around the 3-month pace, and I'm still working on the next update, so I want to share some info about it.

I'm going to give you a brief summary of what you can expect for this update and some thoughts on what to expect in the future of IoM.

1) The current status would be 80-85% done. This can be the update with the biggest amount of renders and animations

2) New Characters.

3) New place to go on the map.

4) Introduction to another new place that will be available in future updates.

5) New status for Jennifer (Fit Level), which can go up or down depending on how much Jen workout in the gym.

6) An increase in dialogue/story quality.

7) 100% of the texts were revised with Grammarly.

8) New sounds.

9) Like 95% of the animations in this update were done in 60fps instead of 30fps (I will write more about this in a moment)

It's impossible to develop an update that 100% of the people will like, some people will like it, and others won't. That's perfectly normal, but one thing is undisputable: I always put in the hours and the work to develop the best game possible. (And if there is any doubt, just count the number of animations, renders, and words...) 😉

That said, I like what I see in V 0.07. The general quality is high, with a lot of attention to detail, and the quality of the story and dialogue has increased. In short, I really like it!

Something really important is to tell everyone what to expect from IoM now and in the future. It may sound weird at first, but... my vision of IoM is NOT to be only a PORN game. (There are many porn pages, many of which are free! Woot! Woot! 😜).

My vision of IoM is to be a very EROTIC visual novel. So people who only expect porn, maybe IoM is not the game you should support. 🙂

But don't be confused by this... will IoM contain sex scenes? OF COURSE! and I'm working very hard and learning how to get better and better at animations to deliver some of the best sex scenes possible in a video game. 

And in the future, it will have a ton of sex scenes, but my main goal with the game is to create an erotic, very erotic visual novel, hopefully, one of the most erotic ones, and on top of that, amazing and spicy sex scenes. 

In my vision of trying to bring some fantastic animations in the future, I made the animations of V 0.07 in 60fps instead of 30fps, and... I think I made a mistake here... because it takes double the time. (A 5-hour animation now takes 10 hours to do) and the result, in my opinion, is not that different. It made the animation smoother, yes, but the increase in quality was not worth it. This makes me work slower and with a minimal jump in quality.

Anyway, I would like to hear the people's opinions after you play the new version, and I think most of you will agree with me on this point.

I'm searching for ways to be able to keep the 2-3 months pace without sacrificing anything, and I took one first step. I'm getting a new render PC, and I'm getting the best components that are currently on the market so I can work faster. (I will probably open a new channel in Discord to show this process, some things come by ship and other ones by plane, so it will take a minimum of 1 month to receive all the components) But I have already started ordering them. 🙂

For the next few days, I will rarely connect to Discord. Because I want to focus on launching V 0.07 ASAP because I'm already late. I love chatting and replying to every message from every one of you, but now I'm stressed because I didn't meet the deadline. And I get mad at myself for this, so I will put all my energy and time into the development. (But honestly, I will miss chatting these days. 🙂)
