Okay I have some news on Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order, there is no way I am getting it up on YouTube before the new game comes out, so it will just be a Patreon exclusive that I will upload over the next couple of weeks! I am sorry about that!🙁 I have tried really hard but I've been too busy to handle it. I have some sponsored contracts to fulfil that I signed on months ago, I was also invited to a Final Fantasy 16 event this week to play the game (ahhhh!!!) but it means I definitely won't get an episode out this week. I think I am going to focus on some shorter games for the next few weeks for YouTube, more relaxing and cosy things before Zelda arrives. I will stream Unpacking on Twitch soon, set up the YouTube stream to finish Ocarina of Time over on YouTube and then I really want to focus all my efforts on Tears of the Kingdom. Phew. I am super disappointed in myself though, I really thought I could get it out alongside Subnautica but, nope, ahaha. Lesson learnt.

That's completely understandable, and honestly the future timeline with cozy games before Tears of the Kingdom sounds incredible

van der Lark

If its a shorter, more cozy game you are looking for - may I recommend Dredge? Light horror with great storytelling; and after editing it down just a tad I think it could be around 3-5 videos

The Mighty Pipe

Don't be disappointed, silly, you've done great. Unpacking is such a lovely little game. That's so cool you got invited to an early event. All sounds good, don't be so harsh on yourself.

Don't beat yourself up Amber, you can only do what you can do. Might think about video length too. We of course are spoiled by 1+ hour episodes, but if it would make things easier on you I'm sure everyone would be fine with 30 min episodes, especially if your able to do shorter episodes more often. Just a thought!

ChilledGricken

no need to apologise, you've been working super hard, it's totally understandable! all of that stuff sounds very exciting tho, you'll have to let us know what you think of final fantasy, i'm so hyped for it!

Ryan Williams

No worries. Any new upload from you is always a treat.

Bo

I personally don’t see a problem with continuing Star Wars even while the new game is going, but that’s just me. I think you’re managing things really well. Can’t wait to see what’s next.

sundmark67

You do you, Amber. Don't stress it.

Brad Brown

All sounds good. Will you be posting a link here each time you stream?

Jeff Gaston

Do whatever you can manage and don't feel bad about that. Looking forward to whatever you can do. Hope you enjoy FFXVI!!

Ethilin

Don’t apologise, just finish it whenever suits your schedule. I’m sure we’d much rather have the content you have enjoyed making/playing and taken time over than trying to rush, end up not enjoying it and feeling bad.

Goblinounours

I'm surprised by this decision. If you're going to do the editing of each video for us on Patreon and we like it, and we're watching them through a Youtube embedding, it should be nothing more than a couple clicks on Youtube once a week, right? Or am I missing something? If you had to re-edit each episodes for Youtube, it'd be different. Right?

VacationWolf

No need to beat yourself up! I'm so excited that you're getting these opportunities with FF16 and your sponsored content! The content will come out when it comes out and we will enjoy it.

Adam

Hype! My friend in the industry got invited to Japan a few weeks ago to try it and thought it was incredible. Potentially the next Amber Adventure after TotK? 😅 (2 and a half weeks left ahhh). Do whatever is comfortable, but more importantly, look after yourself first.

kga710

All good, can’t wait 😁

Trolez

I'll definitely be tuning in for some cosy games 😊

Ben

Sounds like a good plan!

Flukemarm

Don't fret, you've been putting out plenty of videos so a break is inevitable! Excited to see the sponsored content and FF16 event, always nice to see a change of topic for you. And wow, I had no idea Jedi Survivor was so close to release. I'm in agreement that there's nothing disappointing with you playing Fallen Order while Suvivor is out, take your time!

DVHalen

Look forward to Tears of the Kingdom, as for something short and stress free I'd recommend Stray - fun, nice visuals

You're doing a great job, I think most people here would agree with me that your health and well being comes first! <3 By the way, I'm not sure if you've seen it, I personally hadn't until I saw Skurry playing it, but: There's a super cool Hollow Knight mod that just came out, called Hallownest Vocalized, and it straight up adds voice acting to every character and tons of other text! It's got over a hundred voice actors that worked on it, it's kind of ridiculous but *extremely* cool! Here's the launch trailer for the mod: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dFXN2rKDuho
