Chapter 5 - Part 3: Week 2 Progress (Patreon)

Hey all,Let me tell you, it's been a hell of a week. I caught the flu, or something flu adjacent. The symptoms weren't as bad as a normal flu, but then it was also hot summer weather, so it still sucked, and I was laid out in bed for 2 full days. On the extremely bright side, despite not coding or rendering those days, I wrote a full 10 pages of note for this next release. Most of it is a mess of overlapping ideas, dialogue and plot points, but I'll be damned if I didn't come up with some good ideas while I was sick.A lot of things are still being shuffled around, and I'm almost positive that this is going to get complicated pretty quickly, but overall, things are looking way more interesting than I had originally planned. Obviously, it's still too early to be sure of anything, but I'm really looking forward to seeing this chapter finally come to a close.

I didn't work on the Codex section anymore this week, but I'll continue to include those numbers in the written report anytime there's additional work done.

That's all for now!Much love!JB
