September Recap - In Case You Missed It (Patreon)
Content
Hello everyone,
I just wanted to pop in and quickly recap the main benefits from last month in case you missed anything!
Tutorials
September's lesson video was How To Draw Basic Human Proportions, specifically drawing the same character at 3 different ages to show you how much simple proportions impact how we perceive the age of our characters (very useful if you're drawing children's picture books).
Come and enjoy a relaxed drawing session in my 1 hr 30 min real-time drawing video with 8 prompts to help kickstart your art habit. There's no voiceover - just some quiet drawing - but you can watch a shorter version on YouTube with voiceover here.
And to help make your illustrations extra cosy I also made a mini drawing guide for drawing cosy autumn essentials 😍🍂🫖
And since it's officially spooky season here's a reminder of some older guides that are perfect for October:

Mimi's Illustration Club
The prompt for last month's illustration club was 'A Rainy Day' and you guys drew so many lovely illustrations with cosiness and character!
Here is my sketch and final illustration for the prompt, and let's also take a look at some of the final illustrations that were shared by members of our community (please let me know if I missed any):
Illustration Club Activities:
I had lots of fun making all of the September goodies and seeing your lovely illustrations, I'll share the new illustration club prompt tomorrow! 🥰
