Drawing Snapshot - Loveheart Cottage (Patreon)

Hello beautiful flowers, it's a whole new month!

Here is a little drawing breakdown for a cottage I drew today and just posted to Instagram. It feels like it's been a while since I drew a cottage so it was nice to illustrate one again!

Here's a quick breakdown of the process:

I start with a sketch of the house and the garden around it

I'll draw in the basic colours of the house first

Then I'll draw in the layers of the garden

Next I'll add smaller details like flowers and curtains

Finally I'll give everything a pass of shading with a textured brush

Thank you all for joining me here on Patreon this month! I'm going to research and write out some suggestions for brushes this week that can be used for Procreate (because the ones I use come with Photoshop), but I think I'll also make my own brush set soon so that I can make sure they work across the different programs.

I'll also be making the phone wallpapers this week and have a few other goodies in the pipeline, I think it'll be a big month! Can't wait to share everything with you! ❤
