Drawing Snapshot - Spooky Witchy Cottage (Patreon)

Hello, I hope you're all having a nice weekend!

I forgot to share this snapshot with you on Friday for the spooky witchy cottage I drew. Thank you everyone who voted in the poll to help me decide what to draw, it's nice to have your input ❤

Here is the drawing broken down into some basic stages with the colour palette.

The process went a little something like this:

First I drew out a simple sketch. I wanted to have the cottage focused in the middle and definitely wanted to have some interesting windows

Then I coloured in each section with a block of colour

Next I added some details like the panels on the house and the stars

Lastly I go and add layers of texture and shading to pretty much everything. Some areas like the house have several layers of shading

I think I spent about 2 hours (or maybe it was 2 and a half) drawing this one. I like how it turned out, I think if I were a witch I'd be quite happy to live here!
