June Illustration Club Wrap-Up (Patreon)

It's the end of June which means we're already half way through the year! How are you guys feeling about it? Has mid-year crept up really quickly on you as well?

I had a lot of fun hosting this month's illustration club with the prompt 'best friends' because we had so many cute animals pop up through your ideas and final illustrations! You're such a creative bunch and it's really lovely to see you practicing your art skills with me.

So let's take a look at the beautiful final illustrations that were shared on Discord:

To recap, here is my own journey for this month's illustration club for the prompt 'best friends'.

Activity 1. First I filled a sketchbook page with any ideas that came to mind for the prompt. 

Activity 2. Then I sketched out some potential compositions using some of the ideas from activity 1.

Activity 3. And finally I took one of those compositions and drew a final illustration with it!

Always such a joy to share my illustrations with you and see what you create as well, and I can't wait to share July's illustration club prompt with you in a couple of days ❤️
