I was initially uninterested in the Hunter Biden thing. He's a troubled dude whose father happens to be President. The President has conducted himself in a way befitting a man who isn't stupid. The fact Hunter has been convicted on gun charges makes it fascinating though. This is explicitly a Second Amendment issue now. Will the Supreme Court get involved in this? Maybe not, but Alito is probably sweating for multiple reasons now.

Wired has done a big exposé on OceanGate. Turns out that Titan imploded during initial testing. They sent the model down anyway. OceanGateGate isn't a condemnation of the deep sea exploration community - nobody ever died in a submersible before Titan. This is just the Elon Muskification of the Ocean.

Southern Baptists are saying "fuck no" to a ban on women pastors. Always trusted them more than my Catholic brethren.
