Book 1's Visuals and Gaining Support. (Patreon)

This is not the post you were waiting for, my apologies. In case you haven't heard about the delayed exclusive release, it'll be on the 22nd of this month.   I know I have mentioned before about re-rendering Book 1, and the original plan was to poke at it while developing MTWY but it turns out that it was too difficult to pull off. The task of jumping between books actually ruins my mindset and momentum, especially towards the creative process.   Here's what I noticed about this game genre, it relies heavily on visuals, and book 1's leaves much to be desired. I do appreciate those who hopped in early on but I'm also hoping to gain more audience by making sure their visual experience is awesome from the get-go. I'm sure most of you noticed that the renders improved greatly when book 2 started or at least compared to the former. I believe I need the pull of the visuals to get them immersed in the story.  So here's what I ask: "Will it be alright that after Chapter 20, I re-render the entirety of Book 1?"  Proposal belowPros:  -This is my main concern after the fact, writing MTWY is getting harder and harder, and this extra time will allow me to get things in order and execute it better. Yes, how the story will go from start to finish is already set in stone as I have said but the actual execution and interactions that happen are not and that's important.   Chapter 20 will end with a big boom, with MTWY reaching its climax soon, it's absolutely important to me that the quality of the script either maintains or improves along the way, the "sagging middle" that stories get commonly diagnosed with is a fear that I do not wish for this game to experience.  -I would actually still be working on MTWY, this is not a break but it will let me ease back a bit and mull over the future of the game since this task isn't that demanding.-Better visual experience for newcomers and replay value for players, I dropped a lot of hints early on about the story, it'll be a great chance to play it again with the knowledge and secrets learned from the latest chapters.-I won't need much time, it would only be a re-rendering, nothing gets rewritten, so it'll be quick.Chapters 1 and 2 - 1 day (Yeah, they're that short.)
